Through actions of reception, guidance and support, the
Gers Local Employment Mission brings assistance to youngsters
for their integration into society and into professional
life and an adapted answer to their needs as the Mission
helps through partnership processes and through different
forms of local development.
Young people, 16 - 25 years old: we help you
Advisers will help you every day in Auch, Monday through
Friday, 7, rue Arago:
. Help
you find a job:
- You will be assisted with your search,
- You will be able to consult any kind of offer: ANPE (French
Jobcentre), Internet, newspapers, …
- Job Research Workshop: twice a week,
- We shall help you work out and update your resume,
- and also write letters in support of your applications
and answers to ads,
- We shall help you prepare and simulate job interviews,
- Upload your resume into the web system,
- Free Internet access.
. Discover
jobs and get the necessary qualification:
- we shall advise you about your career
- we shall inform you about jobs, trainings, agreements,
regulations,
- we shall work out with you a personal training course
and prescribe training actions, with an individual survey
about access conditions and paid expenses.

introduction workshop:
- free Internet access with an NTIC guide
. The
"Pluses"
- The search for accommodation on your future working
or training place will be carried out through the Local
Mission. Information and instructions for help files related
to your project.
- A financial problem in a project realization, a difficult
access to social security: the Local Mission Adviser will
be the link between you and the appropriate organisms.
Companies:
If you are a company manager, the Local Mission offers
multiple links between you and young people by giving
you all data about their experience and education. The
Mission also helps you with contracts and informs you
about the access measures to jobs and the search for trainings
for alternation contracts.
